Close to the ferry station

The property was convenient to the water shuttle, as well as an excellent restaurant across the street, which was called Ambar Del Mar. We also had breakfast, which was right adjacent to the hotel and that was also very very good with an outside patio. Although the hotel has no elevator guest services help bring our luggage up to the third floor and we had an ocean view balcony room.

It was good that the hotel has available restaurant that open at night.

The location was great and the staff was amazing.

The staff was wonderful, from the restaurant to the front desk and the housekeeping staff.

Convenient fir Belize ferry, view and staff, facilities are shabby, rundown and not clean

All the staff were amazing. The swimming pool is super clean and perfect for my daughter.

The Location was excellent . i loved that you get a seaview from the balcony. the property did not meet my expectations based on the images online. staff was excellent and helpful.

The pool was right outside the door. The staff are very helpful. The onsite restaurant was excellent….not to be confused with the restaurant across the street.

Unfortunately I can't recommend this hotel, but from the positives the beds were comfy, staff is nice and the sea view is cool.

Location and price. Love new Roku so we can have English programming on TV. We stay often with Noor when have to come to Chetumal.

Great location, close to Sams Club Mall, great room, great view from hotel to the sea.
